Can’t attend? Reply to your confirmation email and we will move you to the next session, at no cost.
Courses
Courses are not refundable once paid. If you cannot continue with your batch, write to us at info@elevexaai.com and we will move you to a later batch.
If we cannot deliver
If we cancel a session, or a seat you paid for turns out to be unavailable, you get a full refund, or a place on a later date if you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, through Razorpay, within 5–7 working days of being approved. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
