Elevexa AI is run by Elevexa AI Private Limited (CIN U62011DL2026PTC470031), RZCD/146-D, Second Floor, Plot No. 26, Kh. No. 11/1, Vijay Enclave, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi 110045, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Write to us at info@elevexaai.com.

• When you book a workshop: your name, email and mobile number, and your answers about your work and what you want from the session.
• When you create an account: your name and email, and your password, which we store only in hashed form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. To keep accounts secure we record each sign-in’s IP address and browser.
• When you pay: what you bought, and the payment reference and status from Razorpay. Your card details never reach us: Razorpay processes them.
• When you send an enquiry from the colleges or solutions pages: your name, email, phone, organisation, role, city and message.
• On Campus Connect: what experts and institutions put in their profiles (such as bio, company, LinkedIn page, photo and city), and their requirements, messages and reviews.

• To run what you booked: your confirmation, joining link, calendar invite and reminders.
• To take payment and keep the records the law requires.
• To shape each session around the work you described.
• To answer your enquiries, and to run Campus Connect.
• To tell you about upcoming workshops and courses. You can stop these at any time (see below).

We do not sell your personal data.

• Razorpay, for payments.
• Resend, to deliver our emails.
• Google, for calendar invites (your name and email) and for Google sign-in, if you use it.
• Supabase, which hosts our database and uploaded files in Mumbai, India.
• An error-monitoring service, which receives technical reports with personal details removed first.

Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We use only the cookies and browser storage the site needs: to keep you signed in, and to remember choices such as the workshop room you picked. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking scripts.

As long as we need it to provide what you signed up for, and as long as the law requires for payment and tax records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we will, except for what the law requires us to keep.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Email info@elevexaai.com.

To stop reminders or emails about workshops and courses, reply STOP to any of our emails or write to info@elevexaai.com.

If you are under 18, please use our services with your parent or guardian’s consent.
